Vladimir Martynenko

A citizen of Ukraine. The law enforcement carried out a search in his flat, seized his electronic equipment and detained him. Martynenko was taken into custody in the case of discreditation of the use of the Russian Armed Forces. On May 23, 2023, he was punished by a fine of 100 thousand rubles and released from punishment taking into account the time spent in custody.
