Opposition politician, supporter of Alexei Navalny. Former Deputy Minister of Energy. Left Russia in 2021. In the summer of 2022, a case was opened against him for disseminating deliberately false information about the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. On 16 November 2023, sentenced in absentia to eight years in prison.
