Egor Voshchinin

Oncologist doctor from St. Petersburg, employee of the N.N. Petrov NMIC Oncology Centre. On 2 July 2025, he was detained on a case of calls for terrorism in terrorism because of comments in Telegram, in which experts found signs of incitement "to carry out the death penalty for political figures of the Russian Federation by hanging". "Rotunda" reported that the comments referred to the Russian leadership. Voshchinin was taken into custody the next day. On 3 February 2026, he was sentenced to five and a half years in a general regime colony.
