A resident of the Voronezh region, a security guard for a large regional agricultural holding. He was prosecuted for calls to terrorism because of comments on Telegram "encouraging the physical elimination of high-ranking officials of the Russian Federation". It is not known when the case was initiated. But on 13 May 2025, Tokarev's name appeared on Rosfinmonitoring's list of "terrorists and extremists." On 26 September, the FSB reported that Tokarev was sentenced to 2 years' imprisonment in a general regime colony.
