There was a raid at Mono, a club in Moscow, overnight. This was reported by the Telegram channel “Ostorozhno, novosti” (“Caution, news”).
Shortly after midnight, law enforcement officers in masks stormed into the venue. Everyone present was forced to the floor, face down.
Some attendees noted that the security staff themselves opened the door for the police, and that entry to the club was free that evening. “They really made a point of saying entry was free tonight. I haven’t seen that since 2022. And there were very few people,” “Ostorozhno, novosti” quoted one of the guests as saying.
This is not the first raid at the club. In 2024, law enforcement officers explained their visit as a fight against “LGBT propaganda.”
